  • Share their intellectual capital, thought leadership and technology (but never any material nonpublic or confidential information) in an atmosphere of open innovation and collaboration in the pursuit of those goals.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of workshop discussions, activities and participants.
  • Understand the need for the Council to remain independent and impartial, and to act at all times in the best interest of its member banks.
